If the PointStandingForAZone attribute of FLEXIBLE SERVICE PROPERTies. and if ZoneContainingStops is also flexible. the corresponding ZONE (see previous test) must then have members referencing the stops it contains. Upstream numbering clash: T.25.03 is assigned to 2 distinct rules in the source sheet; local -b/-c suffixes keep records apart.
