At least one of the attributes of FLEXIBLE SERVICE PROPERTies (i.e. FlexibleServiceType. CancellationPossible. ChangeOfTimePossible or one of the elements of ChangeOfTimePossible) of the course must be populated. If FLEXIBLE SERVICE PROPERTies are specified then at least one run of the LINE must be of type mixedFlexibleAndFixed. Upstream numbering clash: T.25.01 is assigned to 2 distinct rules in the source sheet; local -b/-c suffixes keep records apart.
